Meet Stef.
Stef is the Chief Marketing Officer at Katie Blue Salon, as well as Kate’s apprentice behind the chair. With 20 years of experience in salon and spa management, she brings together technical artistry, industry expertise, and a deep understanding of the client experience.
Stef is the creator of Katie Blue’s signature scalp and hair treatments—spa-inspired experiences designed to deliver results while encouraging deep relaxation. Drawing on her background in advanced spa therapies and laser technologies, she brings luxury treatment concepts into the salon through transformative shampoo bowl rituals. She is also certified in professional keratin treatments, offering smoothing services designed to reduce frizz, improve manageability, and leave hair looking healthier and more polished.
Currently completing her cosmetology apprenticeship under salon owner Kate Bluestein, Stef will become a fully licensed hairstylist in 2027. She’s known for thoughtful consultations, meticulous attention to detail, and a calming approach that helps every guest feel comfortable and cared for.
Behind the scenes, Stef oversees Katie Blue’s marketing, brand development, and client experience, helping shape the creative direction of the salon.
